About the Special Role of Certain Pages in WeCare Resolve

Learn how certain page slugs in the application control automated functions such as notices, the welcome page, or the visibility of a help button.

When you create pages for WeCare Resolve, the “slug” determines the unique web address of a page. Some slugs have a special significance in the application. By using these slugs, you can trigger certain functionalities in the application.


Special Pages

1. terms (Terms of Use)

  • Expected Content: The terms for using the application.
  • Function: Once you publish a page with this slug, the application automatically embeds a corresponding link in a notice text that users see during the initial sign-up process.

2. privacy (Privacy Policy)

  • Expected Content: The privacy policy for the protection of personal data.
  • Function: Automatically linked in the notice text during the initial sign-up process.
  • Note: Even if there is no terms page, the notice will be displayed.

3. help (General Help, Support)

  • Expected Content: General help texts, frequently asked questions (FAQs), or guides for troubleshooting and reporting issues.
  • Function: If a page with this slug exists, a help button (marked by a “?” symbol) is automatically displayed in the application.

4. welcome (Welcome Page)

  • Expected Content: A brief introduction, feature overviews, or a quick start guide for people accessing the application for the first time.
  • Function: When people open the application for the first time, this page is displayed to them.
